Adult Beginner Ballet is for the student who has a working knowledge of the ballet posture and positions, as well as foundational movements plié, battement tendu, and relevé. This class is also recommended for students returning to ballet from time away, with previous training in their background.
Tuesdays: 7:00 – 8:30 PM with instructor Amy Novinski
Adult Advanced Beginner Ballet is a great option for the student who has been actively taking ballet in recent years and possesses a good understanding of terminology and how the class runs. Classes will present gradual challenges to actively improve the student’s technique and artistry.
Wednesdays: 7:30 – 9:00 PM with instructor Amy Novinski
The Intermediate level is for students with at least four recently successive years of prior ballet training. Exercises are delivered with more complex patterns and a slightly increased pace. The development of artistry continues in this level and phrases across the floor encourage development of space negotiation skills. We recommend this class for amateurs as well as current or retired professionals.
Saturdays: 2:30 – 4:00 PM with instructor Jesse Sani
