ACCESS Program Tickets

ACCESS Program

Use code PBACCESS for up to four (4) $2 tickets to select Philadelphia Ballet performances throughout the season. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Box Office at (215) 893-1999 or online using the promo code. All tickets must be picked up at the Box Office of the Academy of Music with a valid photo ID and valid Art-Reach ACCESS Card or Pennsylvania State ACCESS/EBT Card.

A limited number of tickets for eligible performances are made available through two releases: one in the summer, and another 6 weeks before each production’s opening night. If the promo code does not show availability for a specific performance, it likely means that the Art-Reach ACCESS ticket limit has been reached for that show.

How do I get an Art-Reach ACCESS Card?

Any person who identifies as having a disability already qualifies for an Art-Reach ACCESS Card. Go to art-reach.org/access to purchase.

PA ACCESS Cards

PA ACCESS cards are given by the state of Pennsylvania to residents who monitor their government-issued cash, food, or medical benefits with an EBT card. They can be shown with a valid form of ID to receive the ACCESS discount. There is no need to register for an Art-Reach ACCESS Card unless you want to visit participating sites that are outside of your state.

FAQ

WHAT DO I WEAR TO THE BALLET?

There is no specific dress code for ballet performances. Some patrons prefer to dress in business attire, while others prefer casual clothing. Formal attire is not generally worn. We would like all of our patrons to feel comfortable and enjoy the performance.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD?

All persons entering the theater, including babies in arms, must have a ticket. Children under four years of age are not admitted to either theater for regular performances. Children under three are not permitted for George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®.

WHEN DO YOU RECOMMEND WE ARRIVE TO ENSURE WE GET TO OUR SEATS ON TIME?

Generally, doors open 45 minutes prior to each performance. We recommend guests arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the event to find parking, navigate possible security screening processes, purchase refreshments, and find your seats.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY DIGITAL TICKETS?

Digital ticketing is a convenient, secure, contactless service that delivers your tickets to your mobile device. This keeps your tickets secure and allows for easy retrieval and entry to the venue. Digital tickets provide you with an easy way to share your tickets with friends and family.

Access your tickets by following the steps below:

  1. Visit your Ensemble Arts Philly Digital Ticket Wallet from your mobile device.
  2. Log into your Ensemble Arts Philly account. Use the same login and password that you used when you purchased your tickets. If you don’t have or remember your password, select Forgot Password or Request an Access Code to log in securely.
  3. In your wallet, tap an event to view and manage your ticket(s). Please note that QR codes for each ticket will only be displayed on the day of the performance.
