A typical maintenance class includes:
The pace of a maintenance class is generally more moderate than most intensive training classes, but still provides enough challenge to keep muscles conditioned and technique sharp. These classes help prevent the loss of ballet-specific muscle memory and maintain the dancer’s connection to their artistry.
Advance registration is required and closes at 12:00 PM on the day of class. Classes must meet minimum enrollment to run. If a class is canceled, registered students will be notified by 1:00 PM. Payment will be charged to the card on file on the day of the class. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
