Summer Intensive Pre-Paid Monies Form

Dear SPB SI Families,

As you are already aware, SPB is no longer offering student housing for the Summer Intensive. Our summer programming remains undefined as we work on various scenarios. Below is a form you can complete with your choices of how you would like us to handle pre-paid monies.

Options if you have pre-paid housing fees (choose one):
- Donate your housing fees. You will receive a tax receipt for your generous contribution. In addition, all new and increased giving is being matched by a generous board member, doubling the impact of your gift.
- We understand that this crisis may have negatively impacted many of our families. Due to financial hardship, we are prepared to refund your housing fees. If you select this option, you will be contacted to confirm your refund amount and payment method.
Options if you have pre-paid Summer Intensive tuition:
- Donate your Summer Intensive tuition. You will receive a tax receipt for your generous contribution. In addition, all new and increased giving is being matched by a generous board member, doubling the impact of your gift.
- Hold your tuition on account until the structure of this season’s Summer Intensive programming has been determined, after which you will have the option of remaining enrolled or withdrawing with a full refund.
- We understand that this crisis may have negatively impacted many of our families. Due to financial hardship, we are prepared to refund your Summer Intensive tuition. If you select this option, you will be contacted to confirm your refund amount and payment method.
