60TH ANNIVERSARY

Co-chaired by Sarah Marshall and Lloyd Freeman

Join Us for a Night of Celebration!

On Friday, October 25, Philadelphia Ballet celebrates an important milestone with our 60th Anniversary Gala performance and dinner, in an evening that celebrates and honors the company’s past, present, and future. This celebratory one-night only event is chaired by Philadelphia Ballet Trustees, Sarah Marshall and Lloyd Freeman. Funds raised at the Gala support Philadelphia Ballet’s work both onstage and in the community.

Befitting of the occasion, Angel Corella, The Ruth and A. Morris Williams, Jr. Artistic Director, has created a spectacular program of ballet excerpts that showcases the artists of Philadelphia Ballet, Philadelphia Ballet II, School of Philadelphia Ballet, and Philadelphia Ballet Orchestra led by Beatrice Jona Affron, The Louise and Alan Reed Music Director. This ‘one-night only’ performance is bookended by a pre-performance reception at the Academy of Music, and a post-performance celebratory dinner held in Lincoln Hall at the historic Union League.

Please join us and participate in the excitement as we celebrate 60 years of Philadelphia Ballet providing world class artistry to the city, surrounding communities, and world!
