I’d like to buy a ticket or subscription as a gift. How can I do that?
You’re in luck! Gift certificates can be purchased through Ensemble Arts Philly Audience Services.
Fill in the form, and provide the amount of the gift certificate, receiver’s name and email address. When purchasing a gift certificate, don’t forget to include a message that your gift is for friends/family to enjoy Philadelphia Ballet’s season in the comment box! Gift certificates can be e-delivered to the desired recipient. The gift certificate can be applied on the regular payment page when purchasing tickets.
I never received my confirmation email.
If you purchased tickets but have not received your confirmation email, don’t worry! You can still access the performances by clicking here and logging in using the information you used to purchase. If you’re not sure of your login information, click on the link that says “Reset or update my password” when prompted to log in.

Do you offer refunds or ticket exchanges?
We pledge to be flexible, empathetic, and accommodating should you be unable to attend an event. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be offered a refund or ticket exchange in every scenario. What happens if my performance is rescheduled or canceled?
If an event needs to be rescheduled or canceled, we will let you know as soon as possible, providing you flexible options for exchanges or reimbursement. We will reach out to you directly about the steps to take in this unlikely event.

What happens if I test positive or have symptoms of COVID-19?
We ask that all ticket holders be mindful of the health and safety of those around them and do not attend a performance if they believe they may have COVID-19. We will do our best to refund or exchange your ticket for a future date!
