Hometown: Vallejo, CA
Liev Ewart grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. For summer 2023 he attended the School of Philadelphia Ballet’s summer intensive. From there, he decided to join the year round trainee program to further his training. Prior, he was a Sacramento Ballet Second Company member for their inaugural year of 2022/23. During his time there, he performed in the Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Anthony Krutzkamp’s Moon River, and various contemporary pieces by Colby Damon, including his ballet film adaptation of Leo Tolstoy’s After the Ball. He previously studied at San Francisco Ballet School and Ellison Ballet. He also attended summer intensives with Ellison Ballet, ABT JKO, the Royal Ballet School, and the English National Ballet School. In July 2022, he placed silver for classical for IBC Odyssee de la Dance competition in Lyon, France.
