Meet Orlando
Orlando Barragán trained at City Ballet of Iowa with his parents, Sarah and Eloy Barragán. During the pandemic he attended the UNCSA Preparatory Program virtually, and trained with Alberto Blanco, he graduated from the American Ballet Theatre Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School under the guidance of Rubén Martín, Caridad Martinez, Yan Chen, and Stella Abrera. He has attended summer intensives at the School of American Ballet, Royal Ballet School, American Ballet Theatre, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and Ballet MET. He received the 2026 BBSI Honorable Distinction Award. Orlando is excited to be joining Philadelphia Ballet II for the 2026/27 season.
