Meet Nikolas

Hometown: San Francisco, CA

Nikolas began his ballet training at City Ballet School of San Francisco. There he trained under Nikolai Kabaniaev from 2017-2019. In 2019, he placed in the top 12 at the YAGP regionals. He then went to train at the San Francisco Ballet School from 2019-2022. There, he trained under the direction of Patrick Armand and Pascal Molat. He was given the chance to dance in Helgi Tomasson’s The Nutcracker. In the summer of 2022, Nikolas studied at the summer school of L’école de danse de l’Opéra national de Paris and was able to train under Élisabeth Platel, Wilfried Romoli and Karl Paquette. Following the summer, Nikolas was accepted into the Cincinnati Ballet’s second company for the 2022-2023 season. He performed in Septime Webre’s Alice (in Wonderland), Gerald Arpino’s Confetti and other works including Victoria Morgan’s The Nutcracker and Nicolo Fonte’s rendition of Carmina Burana. From 2023-2024, he trained at the Joffrey Academy as a trainee under Ogulcan Borova. Nikolas joined the Philadelphia Ballet’s second company for the 2024-2025 season.
