We will work with you to decide the best scenario for your group so that everyone can have the best experience possible. All seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. The earlier you reserve, the better your seats will be.
If you would like to be quoted on your potential visit, please use the Group Sales Request Form.
For both parties, we prefer group sales be paid in full at the time of your booking, by a debit or credit card transaction, as seating is limited and in demand.
If you are with an organization, business, or school group, we will send you an invoice through email for you to sign, and to return, along with making payment to us. If your selected performance is less than four weeks away then payment in full is due at the time of booking. For group sales booked at least two months in advance, we will hold your seats under the following conditions:
Are tickets purchased through the Philadelphia Ballet or Ensemble Arts Philly Audience Services?
The Philadelphia Ballet staff works with the Ensemble Arts Philly Audience Services Box Office in order to book your tickets. Your communications are with the Philadelphia Ballet staff, but your tickets will be ultimately finalized and submitted by us to Ensemble Arts Philly, who will send receipts, invoices, tickets, and confirmations directly to you.
Is there a limit to how large a group can attend?
No. We just advise that you plan further ahead in order to increase ticketing availability, especially the larger the group size.
How do we go about purchasing group tickets or where do we start?
Please use our form at the bottom of this page to submit your request. This will get the process started by providing all the essential information we will need. Once we receive this information, please give us up to 48 hours to reply via email, and to start working on your order, before reaching out to you.
How do we select specific seating?
We will always discuss with you any seating options that are available before booking your seats. Seating availability for your chosen performance, along with your group needs, will determine the outcome of booking your tickets.
How do we receive our tickets and/or receipt?
You will get a receipt sent by email at the time of each transaction. Your tickets will be sent by U.S. Mail, as distribution for larger ticketing sales will work more smoothly for you and all venue staff, the day of your performance.
What is a Student Matinee?
It’s a performance designated for K-12 student groups only. We assign seating based upon availability, group size, and age bracket within the K-12 range. We have an exit plan that will announce your school bus arrival. For more information, please fill out a group sales request form.
